Pres. Hinkley's Viewing

We were one of thousands who attended Pres. Hinkleys Viewing Friday. I really wanted my children to experience the whole thing as well as I. We stood outside for a good hour, then they filed us into the Confrence Center, where we waited 2 1/2 hours. They had 2 big screens that re-played Hinkley's 25th Birthday Celebration while everybody waited. Suprisingly our kids were really good. Finally it was our turn! As we made our way up to the top floor where Pres. Hinkley was, the tears started to slowy flow. As we walked into the room where he layed, you couldn't help but feel the strong presents of the spirit. It's one of those feeling you will never forget. As I looked at my sweet Jay I noticed some tears. What a tender moment that was, to see my oldest child feel a little bit of what we were all feeling in that room. I am so glad that we had the opertunity to see Pre. Hinkley one last time, atleast for now.
