Jay's Baptism, Birthday and Zoo! (This is a long one)

Jay's baptism was absolutely wonderful. For the program Jay had his cousins sing "I am A Child of God" while his oldest cousin Olivia played the flute. He also chose my mom to give a talk as well as his Grandpa Miner. They both did a fabulous job. Dan's emotions had a hard time holding back as he Baptised Jay and did the Confirmation. I'm so glad that Jay wanted to get baptised and was so excited about it. My little boy is growing up so fast!
Family Picture!

Family picture with Dan's Mom and her husband Gayle(Grandpa Miner)

Carlisle Family along with my Mom and Dad!

Almost all the cousins!

For Jay's Birthday party we hired a magician. 21 kids came and he had everyone laughing the whole time!!!! Well worth the money! www.utahmagic.com

This is a picture of Jay's FIRST day of Scouting. For there activity they went door to door delivering shopping bags for the food drive. The weather was icy, snowy and cold and poor Jay was running and slipped on some ice and landed in a HUGE puddle. (or should I say pond) His pants and the part of the shirt that was not covered by his coat got drenched! Luckily he did not get hurt. Lets hope to a safer and dryer Cub Scouting future!

We went to the Zoo last Sat. with my sister and her kids. I am not a big Zoo person but I have to say that I actually enjoyed it this time. I decided that it was the heat and crowds that ruined it for me in the past.

Aaron Loves to take pictures so I let him use my camera. I told him I would display them on my blog for all to see. He took so many that I had to narrow it down to just a few. Great Job Aaron!

My favorite picture was the one with the big monkey dressed in white! It looks like you had a wonderful day. And you're right, they grow way too fast!
